To send mail to an inmate, please use the following address format:

Mail must be sent using the following guidelines:
- All inmate mail must be sent through the U.S. Postal Service
- All incoming and outgoing mail is scanned and inspected for contraband
- Do not send cash through the mail
- Inmates are not allowed to receive any type of consumable items from outside the jail facility—this includes food and beverages
- Inmates are not allowed to receive any contraband items or pornographic materials.
Examples of contraband items include:
- Letters or pictures written in crayon or gel pens
- Stickers, glitter, glue
- Gang graffiti or symbols that could be considered gang graffiti
- Lewd or lascivious pictures
- Pictures depicting gang signs
Mail addressed to an inmate who has been transferred or released will be returned to the sender providing there is a return address. If no return address is listed, the mail will be destroyed.
