Location: East side of Miltona, MN
Case Details:
On 3/20/2026 at 5:41 a.m. the Douglas County Sheriff's Office responded to a residence in Miltona for an active incident. Temporary street closures were in place while the scene was active. The situation was resolved at approximately 7:00 a.m. when a male party was taken into custody. There is no threat to the public at this time. This incident is under investigation by the Douglas County Sheriffs Office. Assisting agencies include the Alexandria Police Department, Otter Tail County Sheriffs Office, and the MN State Patrol.
