Case Details:
On 06/10/2026 at 1052 hours, it was reported a 78 year old male was located pinned under a tree in the city of Brandon. The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office, Brandon Fire Department, Brandon First Responders, and North Ambulance responded to the scene. Life savings measures were attempted, but the male party was pronounced deceased on scene.
The Preliminary Summary from the Midwest Medical Examiner's Office was consistent with the investigation on scene, indicating that the manner of death was accidental.
